Bracket Picture

The Round of 16 bracket is now officially established, featuring an array of elite Italian clubs facing off against teams that successfully navigated the qualifying rounds. Inter Milan enter the tournament as the heavy title favourites, while Juventus, Napoli, and AC Milan anchor other sections of the draw. With the tournament shifting to one-off, high-pressure knockout matches, the structure ensures a direct route to the quarter-finals, where the intensity will continue to mount.

Fixtures in Focus

The next round of action begins on 1 December 2026, marking the highly anticipated entry of Italy's biggest clubs. The marquee tie sees Inter Milan host Genoa on 1 December, followed by a clash between Como and Cremonese on 2 December. On 3 December, Juventus welcome Sassuolo to the Allianz Stadium in a crucial fixture that will decide a spot in the next stage. These matches are pivotal for the contenders as they aim to solidify their position in the competition.

Underdogs Still Alive

While the top seeds dominate the conversation, several resilient sides remain in contention for a deep run. Palermo and Cremonese continue to represent the underdogs, having effectively navigated their paths through the early rounds. Their presence provides a compelling narrative, as they look to capitalize on their momentum and potentially challenge the established heavyweights in the coming months of the campaign.
