Bracket Picture

Heavyweights Ceará and rivals Fortaleza headline the tournament structure, placed into separate regional sections alongside dangerous contenders such as Tirol and Atlético Cearense. With only the top two teams from each three-team group progressing to the single-leg knockout stages, the margin for error is razor-thin across the opening phase. Traditional interior giants like Icasa, guided by experienced manager Washington Luiz, are assembling seasoned squads to challenge the capital clubs and mount a genuine push for silverware.

Underdogs Still Alive

Interior challengers and lower-tier clubs look to disrupt the traditional hierarchy across the regionalised groups. Quixadá and Guarani de Juazeiro anchor a fiercely contested Group A battle in the interior, while Palmácia and Vila Real face challenging tests against heavyweight opposition in their respective sections. For these ambitious regional outfits, navigating the compact three-team groups offers an immediate route into the knockout phase, where single-match eliminations give every motivated outsider a genuine opportunity to shock the state.
