How the Game Plays

Caribbean Hold'em by Habanero brings the strategy of Texas Hold'em to the casino table, pitting the player directly against the house. Played with a standard 52-card deck, the game begins with an initial Ante bet. Both the player and the dealer receive two hole cards, though only the player's are visible. A three-card "flop" is then dealt face-up in the center. At this point, you must decide whether to Fold and forfeit your Ante or Call by placing an additional bet twice the size of the Ante. If you Call, the final two community cards (the Turn and the River) are revealed, and the hands are compared to determine the winner.

Dealer Qualification & Payouts Explained

A unique aspect of this version is the dealer qualification rule. For the dealer's hand to be active, it must contain at least a Pair of Fours. If the dealer fails to qualify, the player wins even money on the Ante, and the Call bet is returned as a push. If the dealer qualifies and the player has the stronger hand, the Call bet pays 1:1, while the Ante pays out according to a specific scale, ranging from even money for standard hands up to 100:1 for a Royal Flush.

Progressive Jackpot Explained
