How the Game Plays

Chonky Kong: Tasty Christmas is a festive Hold & Win video slot from OctoPlay on a compact 3x3 grid with 5 fixed paylines. All symbols pay left to right on adjacent reels from the leftmost reel. Paying symbols run from tropical fruit and cups up through beads, tiki figures and bananas, with Wild as the top line symbol. In-game help lists a theoretical RTP of 92.78%. The experience can be explored in demo mode to test coin collectors and both Hold & Win features.

Wild, Golden Coins and Jackpots Explained

Wild substitutes for all symbols except Golden Coin, Jackpot Coin, Coin Collector and Jackpot Collector. Up to six Golden Coins can land per spin with prizes of 1x to 10x the stake and pay only when a Coin Collector is present; they never land on the middle reel. Up to six Jackpot Coins can land with Mini 15x, Minor 30x, Major 100x or Grand 500x the stake, and pay only with a Jackpot Collector. One Collector of either type can land on the middle reel per spin. Golden Coin sets cannot appear with Jackpot Coin sets.

Hold & Win and Bonus Buy Explained

Hold & Win is guaranteed when at least one Golden Coin and Coin Collector land on each reel in the same spin, and Golden Coins alone can also trigger it. The feature starts with 3 free spins that reset whenever a Golden Coin or Coin Collector lands. Only those symbols and empties appear; collectors lock and each collects every prize once when the feature ends. Jackpot Hold & Win works the same way with Jackpot Coins and Jackpot Collectors. The Buy Feature menu offers Hold & Win, Jackpot Hold & Win, and a Hold & Win 2x Chance Extra Chance option. Help states there is no max win cap.
