A Book Slot with a Twist

Book of Ithaca - Win & Respin is a Holle Games slot on 5 reels and 3 rows with 10 fixed paylines. The Book is both the scatter and the wild. Landing 3, 4 or 5 Books awards the same number of free spins: 3, 4 or 5.

Win & Respin

The main feature is Win & Respin. A random symbol is chosen as the expanding symbol and grows to cover its whole reel. Every new expansion resets the respins and adds +1 to the global multiplier, and there is no cap on how high that multiplier can climb.

Bonus Buy and Fire Stake

You can buy straight into Win & Respin with the Bonus Buy. Alternatively, Fire Stake costs 1.5x your stake and raises the chance of triggering the feature. After a win you can also try the optional Card Gamble or Ladder Gamble.

Returns

The RTP is 95.22%, the same with Bonus Buy or Fire Stake, and the maximum win is 5,000x your stake.

Book of Ithaca - Win & Respin Demo Slot FAQs

Can I play Book of Ithaca - Win & Respin Slot for fun, for free?

How does the Win & Respin feature work in Book of Ithaca - Win & Respin?
When the feature starts, one special expanding symbol is picked at random (any symbol except the Book) and the global multiplier is set to 1x. After normal line wins are paid, that symbol expands to fill its reel whenever there are enough of it for a win, and it can then pay on any reels, even ones that are not next to each other. Each expansion resets the spins to the number the feature started with and adds 1 to the global multiplier, which applies to every win in the feature. There is no limit to the resets or the multiplier.
What does the Book symbol do?
The Book is both the scatter and the wild. As a wild it stands in for all other symbols to complete payline wins, although it does not pay on a payline by itself. As a scatter, landing three or more Books anywhere on the reels starts the free spins with the Win & Respin feature.
What is Fire Stake and when should I use it?
Fire Stake is switched on from the Fire Stake panel in the Buy Feature dialog. While it is on, each spin costs 1.5x your selected stake and the chance of triggering Win & Respin goes up, but wins are still paid on the selected stake. It stays on until you switch it off, and you can only change it when no round or autoplay is running. While Fire Stake is active you cannot buy the feature.
Can I buy my way into the Win & Respin feature?
Yes. The Bonus Buy lets you skip the base game and go straight into Win & Respin. It is not available while Fire Stake is switched on, so turn Fire Stake off first if you want to buy the feature.
Can I gamble my wins?
After a base-game win you can try the optional Card Gamble, where you guess the colour (to double the win) or the suit (to quadruple it), or the Ladder Gamble, where you climb towards a prize with three lives. You can collect at any time. Whether the gamble is offered depends on the casino and the size of the win, and it is not offered between spins of an uninterrupted autoplay run.
