Gem Flare on the reels

Gem Flare is an AGT Software video slot on a 5×3 grid with 10 fixed paylines that are always active. Winning combinations of three or more matching symbols pay on adjacent reels from left to right and from right to left; wins from both directions are added together, and a combination across all five reels is paid in both directions.

Expanding Wilds and respins

The Wild appears only on reels 2, 3 and 4. It substitutes for all symbols and has no payout of its own. When a Wild lands on one of those reels it expands to cover the whole reel, stays in place and triggers a respin of the other reels. Each new Wild during the feature adds one more respin, up to three in a row.

Jackpots

The help lists four jackpots. You can win one based on the suit that appears after starting the jackpot round; when the jackpots are flashing, any bet can result in a jackpot win.

Who it suits

SoftSwiss lists a 97.98% RTP, low volatility and a 2,000x max win. Expanding Wild respins and both-ways pays keep the base game busy without a separate free-spins round.
