5. Real money losses will be calculated as "Real money bet amount on casino - Real money bet winnings from these bets". Bets placed with bonus money will not count towards this promotion.

6. Only real money losses from bets placed on live casino games will count towards this promotion.

7. Cashback Bonus will be credited on customers' accounts within the next calendar day.

8. The maximum award as a result of this promotion per player is 300EUR/ 300USD/ 300CAD /300 AUD or currency equivalent. The minimum award as a result of this promotion per player is 30EUR/ 30USD/ 30CAD / 30 AUD or currency equivalent.

9. Cashback Bonus amount is subject to wagering requirement of one (1x) time,  and the wagering contributions towards the bonus requirements are:

10. Once the Bonus is activated, the wagering requirement has to be completed within a maximum of two (2) days, otherwise Bonus and all generated winnings will be forfeited.

11. The minimum Bet amount which you can place while you have an Active Bonus is 0.5EUR/ 0.5USD/ 0.5CAD  per spin/bet (or currency equivalent).

12. The maximum Bet amount which you can place while you have an Active Bonus is 5EUR/ 5USD/ 5CAD per spin/bet (or currency equivalent).

14. If a player wishes to withdraw before fulfilling the wagering requirement, then we will cancel the bonus and the generated winnings and any wagered amount will be deducted from the overall balance. Bonus calculates bets with real money amount first and then with the bonus amount.

15. Delaying a game round in any game while having an active bonus, to a later time when you have no more wagering requirement is prohibited. If fraud, manipulation, or violation of Terms and Conditions is detected, we hold the right to cancel all winnings and bonuses on game account.
